The working principle of labeling

This equipment is a new type of rotary and continuous hot melt glue labeling machine; the equipment can automatically adjust the in and out transmission of the bottle; the bottle conveyed by the conveyor belt is separated by a certain distance according to the spacing of the star wheel by the bottle separating screw, then the imported star wheel transfers the bottle to the bottle turntable. After the bottle is fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the mold base of the bottle, the bottle starts to rotate according to the set mode (turning direction and speed: mechanical cam control);

When the bottle reaches the detection position of the sensor, the computer host controls the label delivery system to deliver the label. When a label delivery action is completed, the label is separated from the bottom paper and attached to the product.we use German SEW high-response servo motors to ensure the accuracy and stability of high-speed label delivery and labeling.
